A lot of work goes into a minute on the news! Penny and Kate Nicol-Williams had a 20 minute phone call followed by a 15 minute Zoom - preceded by hours of prep.
Moments are ending the Zoom with Kate, Penny received a message saying that NewstalkZB Talkback was also discussing the RSE Draft framework. So, taking a punt, she phoned in and was the first to get on the line.
