While it is true that puberty blockers on their own don't necessarily cause permanent infertility (as well as removing the possibility of enjoying an adult pleasurable sex life), those pushing trans on children somehow fail to mention that the vast majority of children encouraged to take puberty blockers go onto cross sex hormones from which there is no return to health or normality.
I still just shake my head and wonder what the jingers has become of this world that a loving mother thinks its perfectly okay to 'genetically modify' her perfect child...
