What is needed now is legislation conferring the right of a Minister to sack Govt employees (with no redundancy or severance pay), in order to facilitate compliance with Ministerial policy direction. enough of these Govt servants assuming they have expert knowledge entitling them to advance their policies over the Elected Ministers Policy, or to obfuscate and stall Ministerial policy.
